Apply for Funding from the Early Bird Rotary Foundation

As part of our ongoing mission to support meaningful community initiatives, the Early Bird Rotary Club Foundation welcomes applications from local nonprofit organizations seeking financial assistance for impactful projects. Proceeds from the Sheboygan Rotary Lobster Boil go directly into our foundation, which provides grants to organizations making a positive difference in health & welfare, education, civic engagement, arts & culture, and more.

Who Can Apply?

We invite organizations with IRS-recognized nonprofit status to apply for funding. Projects must demonstrate specific, measurable outcomes and cannot be used for general operating expenses.

Application Requirements

To be considered for a grant, applicants must:

  • Complete the Request for Financial Support form (PDF)
  • Provide detailed responses to 10 short-answer questions about the purpose, goals, impact, and funding of the project
  • Disclose total project cost, funds already raised, and other grant applications
  • Outline how the Early Bird Rotary Club will be recognized if awarded funding

Applications must be typed or clearly printed and signed by an authorized representative of your organization.
