Lobster Boil – A Feast to Remember!

Get ready for a delicious, hands-on seafood experience at our Lobster Boil! Whether you're a longtime seafood lover or trying lobster for the first time, this event is all about great food, good company, and an unforgettable feast.  Gather your friends and family, roll up your sleeves, and enjoy a meal that’s as fun as it is flavorful.

Food & Beverage

Will I be able to buy a lobster dinner the day of the event?

No, the lobsters are all pre-ordered. But...you can buy hamburgers, brats, chips, soda, wine or draft beer the day of the event.
Do I need to bring lobster cracker tools?

No, we provide cracker tools at the tables.  We even have some volunteers who will crack your lobster if you need help.
Will there be gluten free buns for burgers and brats?

No.
May I bring my own drinks onto the park property?

Yes, you may carry in your drinks in a cooler.
Once I check-in with my pre-purchased lobster dinner, how long will I have to wait until it is ready?

You will have a 10-15 minute wait...a bit longer at peak times.  Peak time is between 5:30-6:30pm.  Purchase some drinks and stack out a table spot while you wait.  Ready orders will be announced on a PA system heard throughout the park.
How will my lobster be cooked?

Lobsters are boiled and audited for safe and proper temperature.
May I take my lobster off site / home?

Yes, when checking in, just request your order "to go".
Who is everyone working to cook, serve meals, and clean-up the park?

Your neighbors who are members or friends of the Early Bird Rotary Club of Sheboygan.

Amenities

Is seating on site provided for me to eat my dinner?

Yes, we provide 8' tables and folding chairs scattered throughout the park...ample seating.
May I bring an awning tent to set up for shade over my eating area?

Yes indeedie! You may coose to bring your own more quaint table to the park as well.You may decorate your table if you so choose. Make it a special evening!

Music

Can I dance to the music?

Absolutely!!!  The band will be performing in the bandshell.  Dance floor there...or if you're moved, dance by your table.

What if it rains?

The show must go on...the lobsters are all pre-ordered.

Supporting Rotary

Will there be additional opportunities to donate to the Rotary Charitable Foundation?

Yes, there will be gratuity jars and opportunities to participate in 50/50 raffles throughout the evening.
