Founded in 1974 by Leonard “Butch” Gentine, Jr., Masters Gallery Foods began as a small brokerage firm specializing in the purchasing, aging, and distribution of bulk cheese. Over the years, the company has grown into a billion-dollar cheese packaging and distribution enterprise, maintaining one of the largest privately held cheese inventories in the United States. Today, under the leadership of President and CEO Jeff Gentine, the company operates state-of-the-art production facilities in Plymouth and Oostburg, Wisconsin, employing over 1,000 individuals. ​
